Ripe red fruit notes with bold, intense blackberry flavors entice the senses.
Cocoa & cinnamon aromas then make an appearance and are carried through
by bold tannins and balanced acidity.
2006 Hahn SLH Syrah, Lucia Highlands
Concentrated fruit flavors are complemented by nuances of
dark chocolate, espresso, spice, butter & oak.
Sturdy yet refined tannins and a velvety mouthfeel lead to an elegant finish.
2007 Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast
Aromas of
rich, dark fruit, clove & cedary spice. Notes of black cherry,
cassis & raspberry are followed by nuances of bell pepper & cocoa.
