Wine Dinner Event Pricing

Event prices vary from month to month depending on the winery - the cost of the event is commensurate with our cost to provide the wines - plus food and other costs.  Our challenge has always been to provide a knowledgeable speaker for a 2-night event, which is a large commitment from the winery.   We negotiate with suppliers for the cost of the wines actually poured at the event, the price given to our customers for retail purchases, long-term buying commitments, and ocassionally, giveaways for the guests.   There are times that the wines are very expensive, but the winery is looking for promotion and will be very generous with the cost of the products we pour.  Other times, this is not the case and the cost of wines is a large part of the customer price.   

Our additional goal for 2003-2004 will be to feature some very high quality vineyards requested by our guests.  Be on the lookout for invitations to one-night events from of the top producers!  If there are any vineyards you are particulary fond of, please drop us a comment and we'll try to feature them.
